Based on a huge, 40-map original campaign which was withdrawn due to some controversy around borrowed elements, this 9-map instalment is a remarkably good quality work with decent gameplay and absolutely brilliant industrial architecture (arguably the best seen to date) that seems to improve in quality as the campaign progresses - probably starting with the author’s early work and moving toward the latest. This first, nine-level episode out of 3 planned takes the player to a remote Liandri mining outpost on the edge of Terran space. As a now-civilian ex-marine, you are about to start your first working day in the facility, but something goes terribly wrong…
