Ratings open for everyone

Just a heads up that we opened the star ratings for everyone from now on, which practically means you don’t need to be registered to rate a map. This change however is subject to any suspicious/manipulative rating behaviour we might notice in the future. But for now, don’t hesitate to click on those stars!
